Maintenance & Repair Services

From our beginnings more than 20 years ago, we've grown into one of the largest third party maintenance providers in Canada offering services on a wide range of platform from coast to coast. Our high level of expertise with all makes of personal computers, peripherals and networking products is unique among maintenance organizations.
We offer two styles of on site support programs. The first limits your financial risk to a fixed monthly fee and gives you priority service. Or if you prefer to assume the financial risk yourself, you may request on site or depot service and pay for services as they occur. Both services include a round-the-clock hot-line for trouble reporting.

Trouble Reporting/Diagnostic Assistance: Our 24 hour toll free hot-line allows you to report troubles at any time of day, with immediate referral to technical assistance during business hours, or call back within 10 minutes otherwise. We log all trouble calls on a data base system for tracking and future reference.

Priority Service: We design a hardware and software support program to fit your needs. Our normal level of service includes and 8am to 5pm service window. For more demanding clients, premium service up to 24 hours, 7 days a week service is offered. All programs include 2 hour on site response time, preventative maintenance and all parts and labor.

Time And Materials Services: The same expert support is offered on a time and materials basis. Our rates offer the same cost cutting advantages as our Priority Service option, however we provide 'best effort' on site response time and fees are based on the labor and parts you consume for each service call or depot repair.

Depot Repair: In-depth repairs are done at our repair center and are usually billed at a fixed unit price or for time and materials. Repair estimates are free. We also offer free pick up and delivery. Typical turn-around time is 48 hours. Carry-in services are also offered.

Exchange Services: At your request we will ship a replacement unit to you. You return the failed unit to us within two weeks. You will be billed the cost of the repair, or a fixed unit price, or you may return the original unit for a small restocking fee.
